Our delicious Veggielicious Drummettes are available with your choice of Cajun or Sweet & Sour sauce.

Veggielicious Drummettes are delicious for lunch, dinner, or snacks. They have all the taste of their meat counterparts with added health benefits. Our Veggielicious Drummettes can easily be baked, grilled, fried, or heated in a microwave.

Preparation Instructions
Remove drummettes from wrapping, then serve by any of the following methods:
1. MICROWAVE: Place drummettes on microwavable dish, then cover with saran wrap before placing in microwave. Warm at medium to medium-low heat for 30 seconds. *
2. SAUTÉ: Place drummettes in pre-heated, non-stick skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes at medium to medium-low heat. Flip nuggets 3 to 4 times. *
3. BAKING: Place drummettes on baking sheet. Warm in 350F pre-heated oven for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
4. BOIL: Drummettes may be boiled in soups, stews or plain hot water for 1 to 2 minutes.*
5. CHILLED: Dice and sprinkle on salads, or serve in a sandwich. *

*Heated or cold, drummettes may be dipped or basted in the sauce provided in the package.
