This delicious, ready-to-eat veggie cod filet contains more than six times the recommended amount of soy protein to be labelled heart healthy. Preparation Instructions
Remove product from package, then serve by any of the following methods:
1. STEAM with diced ginger, green onions and sesame oil (to taste) for 5 minutes.
2. BARBECUE for 2 minutes.
3. MICROWAVE at medium heat for 30 to 45 seconds.
4. SAUTÉ for 2 minutes at medium heat. Flip 3 to 4 times.
